All homes are completely furnished with linens, dishes, cookware, utensils and electrical appliances.

Cancellation Policy - If you are unable to keep your reservation, we must be notified of your cancellation no less than 3 days prior to your arrival.  For stays greater than 2 weeks a 15 day notice is required for a cancellation.  Otherwise the deposit will be deemed non-refundable.

Additional Fees - For security reasons, there are fees of $50.00 per house key, $100.00 per pool key and $35.00 per garage door opener if not returned at check out.  There is also a nonrefundable cleaning fee, $50 for 1 bedroom/1 bath homes, $65 for 2 bedroom/2 bath homes and $80 for 3 bedroom/3 bath homes.

Arrival / Departure - Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 12 noon.  Your reservation packet with keys will be available to you from Security Gate personnel at the Entrance Gate. Please note the gate is manned daily from 6am-10pm.  If you will be arriving outside these hours please let us know so we can make arrangements to meet you.

Maid Service - is provided before and after your stay.  If you wish to have additional maid service, linen service, and and/or towel service, contact us at 760-702-0150.  A standard charge will be assessed for these services.  For sunbathing and pool use, we request that you bring your own towels.  Each accommodation is inspected after your departure.  If excessive cleaning is required, an additional charge will be billed to you. If the unit has been damaged an appropriate charge will be billed for necessary repair.

Telephones - are available in each home for your convenience.  In all homes, the telephone is a private line.  All long distance calls should be made using your credit card or calling card.  Note:  All calls out of Borrego Springs are charged as toll calls.  A 30% service charge will be added to all unclaimed toll calls.

Internet Service - Many units have high speed internet service at no additional charge.  In addition free wireless is available at the clubhouse.
